I am looking to retro fit a Think or Setrab oil cooler to a MI16 engine fitted to a Peugeot 205 gti 1.9 alloy block I would also like to have the filter in a remote location probably nearside inner wing and possibly a thermostat (tbc) I would think the fittings would need to push fit for these plus hose to suit . Can you advise whether you can supply the parts.

We do not do a kit as such but we have all of the parts. On the engine you will need the Think sandwich plate and M20 cover plate: M-SP-1 and the cover plate M-CP-M20. The next key component would be the remote housing, here there are some choices depending on its location but they are shown on the website a Mocal remote filter heads. Then the oil cooler again there are options, but a Mocal 13 or 16 row should be suitable. To plumb this together, in 1/2" push on rubber hose will be adequate, I would suggest the FBN hose and fittings, we would supply the hose by a single length but sell it by the 1/2m FC598 Aeroquip hose. The fittings are available in straight, 45° and 90°, so you will need to decide what work best with your installation. Then you are likely to need 4 adaptors to get in the the sandwich plate and remote housing M-8-8BSP. It is best to mount the cooler on anti-vibration mounting bobbins. All of these parts should be in stock and ready for immediate despatch.
