I am looking at getting the Merlin racing exhaust muffler, reading the description it is not guaranteed to reduce noise levels, as I live in Birmingham would it be OK to buy it and send it back if it doesn't reduce the noise level?
That should not be a problem, what db is your car when tested at the moment?
