Can a Bell RS3K helmet be used by a 13 year old child at a motorsport race event?
No this helmet is not intended for juniors, this is a small adult Bell helmet that is 57cm - 58cm hat size. Juniors are meant to wear the Bell CMR helmets which are made specifically for children and you will require this standard for licensed race events.
