HI, I own a Mazda RX8, and am looking for a heatshield for my Cat. I am looking at the Aerotec Cirrus GIII 3 Layer Heat Shield Material AERO-CIR-L Size Option: 300 x 580mm. Is this a viable product for my needs. If so, how do I fix the product in place?
Yes this would do the job, this Aerotec Cirrus G111 heat shield would ideally need to be bolted or riveted to some sort of bracket, you would not be able to use an adhesive on this as only a very small surface area should be in contact with the hot surface surface.
